What we collect
Only what you choose to send us. When you submit the contact or catering form we collect your name, phone number, email address, and whatever you write in the message field. If you email or call us directly, we hold that conversation too.
We do not ask for payment details through this website. If you order food online, that happens on our ordering partner's platform, not here — see "Ordering online" below.
Ordering online
The Order Now button on this site takes you to our third-party ordering platform to place and pay for an order. That platform is a separate website with its own privacy policy and its own handling of your order and payment details — this policy covers www.yossefslaffamilia.com only, not what happens once you leave it to order.
How we use it
To answer your question, plan your catering order, and follow up if you asked us to. That is the whole purpose. We may also keep it for our own records of enquiries and catering bookings.
Calls and text messages
If you give us your phone number, you are agreeing that we can call or text you about your enquiry or your catering order. Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you.
We never share your mobile number with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
Who else sees it
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. It is shared only with the services that make the enquiry work: our website host, our email provider, and the customer-management system we use to keep track of enquiries. Those providers only handle your details in order to deliver that service.
We would also disclose information if the law required it — for example a court order.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not run analytics or advertising cookies, and it does not track you across other websites. Nothing is set that needs your consent, which is why you are not seeing a cookie banner. (Our third-party ordering platform, once you follow the Order Now button, sets its own cookies under its own policy.)
How long we keep it
Enquiries and catering bookings are kept while they are useful for running the business and meeting our record-keeping obligations. If you want your details removed sooner, ask us.
Security
Your enquiry is sent over an encrypted connection and stored on access-restricted systems. No method of transmitting or storing data online is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security — but we do not keep anything we do not need.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will deal with it.
Changes
If this policy changes we will post the new version here with an updated effective date.
